In a world where digital connection often replaces real human interaction, the Stories & Stitches project, developed by Azami IF, offers a meaningful alternative. This project encourages teenagers, young adults, and adults to step away from screens and develop intergenerational community clubs, specifically a reading club and a crochet club, activities that bring together teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors – including grandparents and grandchildren – in a space for dialogue, creativity, and shared learning. These gatherings will offer meaningful opportunities for connection between generations and will create a consistent environment for social interaction and community belonging.
