Education isn't free in Belize. 49% of children in Belize live in poverty. We want to give every child the opportunity to receive a quality education which will in turn break the cycle of poverty and give them opportunities they wouldn't otherwise have. This project supports the children of Belize that are particularly vulnerable to the consequences of not having an education. This project allowed 70 inner city school children to receive a year long scholarship. It also gave us the ability to raise funds for high school students where the cost is significantly higher. Currently only a little over half of children in Belize are able to move on to high school. We had a group travel to Belize in January 2023 who were excited to meet the children receiving scholarships and their families and present them with the necessary school supplies.

Visiting a teenage mother, her son and her brother. We heard her heart wrenching story, shared a hygiene kit, a prayer and offered hope.
Sharing doTERRA's hygiene kits and a prayer to the community of "London Bridges". These people live in a garbage filled swamp in "home" connected by wood pallets.
