This project transformed the lives of deaf children, their families, and the entire ILAL community. Before the renovations, classrooms were hot, poorly lit, outdated, and in some cases unsafe. Today, students walk into bright, cool, modern spaces equipped with 75-inch screens, dedicated WiFi, and reliable infrastructure.
For the children, this means better concentration, improved communication access, and the dignity of learning in a space designed for their needs. Many parents shared that their children are more excited to attend school, participate more confidently, and feel proud of their environment.
For teachers, the impact has been equally profound: they now have high-performance laptops, functional classrooms, and the technology required to provide inclusive, modern education. Their efficiency, morale, and emotional wellbeing have all improved.
For the broader community, the renovations communicate something powerful: these children matter, their education matters.
